Overview

This multidisciplinary CME series focuses on the comprehensive management of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), bringing together experts in gastroenterology, radiology, pathology, and colorectal surgery. Through case-based discussions and evidence-based updates, participants will enhance diagnostic accuracy, optimize treatment strategies, and improve collaborative care for complex IBD patients. The sessions aim to foster integrated decision-making and promote best practices across specialties.


Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Enhance Diagnostic Accuracy Through Collaborative Interpretation: Facilitate interdisciplinary review of clinical, radiologic, and pathologic data to improve diagnostic precision and early detection of IBD subtypes and complications.
  2. Integrate Surgical and Medical Management in Complex IBD Cases: Promote coordinated care models that incorporate advanced surgical techniques and evolving medical therapies to manage refractory or complicated IBD presentations.
